We made it!

It has been such an emotional rollercoaster these last few months with the fate of not only Soma Wellness but many other small businesses hanging in the air as we navigate a worldwide pandemic. A huge thank you to our gracious clients for sticking with us and to our local government agencies for their sound guidance and support as information changed daily.

As Washington County opens for Phase 1, we do have some guidelines we are required to follow to ensure the safety of everyone in our spa.

Here are some of the changes:

• We are by appointment only and are currently only accepting 90-minute sessions in order to properly stagger our start times.

• We encourage all clients to add a credit card to our secure payment processing system via Wellness Living in order to keep payments and copays hands-free.

• You must wait in your car until your appointment time as we cannot have people congregating in the front lobby. Please do not bring anyone with you to the appointment (clients under 18 are exceptions).

• Masks are required for staff and clients. We encourage you to bring your own but are happy to provide one if you forget.

• Staff and clients are required to wash hands before and after each session.

• We will be conducting and recording temperature checks at the door and rescheduling anyone with a temperature of over 100.3ºF.

• Anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness will be rescheduled when they are symptom-free for 72 hours.

• We are implementing an $8 "Sanitation Fee" to help mitigate the additional cost of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
